Hi everyone, I know you haven't heard from me for a while. I'm sorry about that, but things have been very busy here. I have spent a lot of time doing projects for customers of my new ArtiLED company. Besides that, some of you might have heard that we moved to Boxtel already 3 years ago. We bought an old bakery that is from 1953 and needs a lot of work. So we have been very busy renovating this house for the last years. We started with the bathroom and bedrooms and then the living room and the kitchen. All the stuff from these rooms was stored in my studio for the last year or so. So I couldn't even get into my studio if I would have had time. The good news is that all the stuff is out now and I can go into my (temporary) studio again. I built this studio only to finish some ongoing projects. 

So yes the good news is I started completing these projects again. The first project I want to finish is my new concept solo album PalaeonTology. I have written about it a couple of times before and I know some of you are really waiting for it a long time already. Again I'm sorry for this, but music is not my main occupation, so I can only work on it when I have time to spare. But I really want to try and reserve a bit more time for it from now on. PalaeonTology will have 12 tracks and the good news it I am about 80% done with the project I estimate. The first opening and title track is already done and I even already sent the track for mastering to Ron Boots. Besides this project I'm also still working on my AstroNomy album, a new album together with Ron Boots and another new album together with Remy Stroomer again. So don't worry there will be more music coming, but all in good time and I don't want to give deadlines anymore. When it is done, it is done and I'll try to keep you informed.

But there will be more renovation going on. During the construction of our kitchen we also created a new room above the kitchen. This was quite some project since we have to build a complete new steel construction for the roof and for carrying a new floor. But this room will become my (final) studio. We are not planning on moving ever again :) You probably all remember my studio in Wageningen with the nice studio desk (and lots of synths). I asked the same furniture builder who build that desk to build my new one as well for this studio. It will be a lot more modest, but it will be nice to have a dedicated studio again and also spend some time on good acoustics in the room. I wanted to make this also big enough to be able to play with other musicians in there. The image shown here is only a 3D Render. So that is still only conceptual. I will keep you informed of the progress, but I expect it will take at least a year for the room and the desk to be ready. So that was the news for now. At least you know that I'm still alive and still working on my music and plan to do so for the future as well.
